In 2021, we decided to stage a Fun Run for children to help celebrate the 10th year anniversary of the Medway Turkey Trot. We had a great turnout and it was very well received so we are hoping to start a new tradition with this as well.

There will be a 1K (0.6 miles) run for any age (13 and under) and a number of sprints at appropriate distances for different age groups (50-200 yards). There is no cost for the runners, but we will be asking for a donation of 2 non-perishable items for the Medway Girl Scouts food drive. Parents are more than welcome to join the children if they need “encouragement”.
