In 2021, we decided to stage a Fun Run for children to help celebrate the 10th year anniversary of the Medway Turkey Trot. We had a great turnout and it was very well received so we are hoping to start a new tradition with this as well.
There will be races for each age division:
- Age 3 & under: 50 Yard dash
- Age 4&5: 1oo Meter dash
- Age 6: 200 Meter dash
- Age 7-12: 400 Meter dash
- Age 13 & up : 1 mile run
The cost is $5 per runner with a max cost of $10 per family.
Kid’s can run multiple races, but please only enroll up in age category (i.e., No 15 year olds running in the 3 and under 50 yard dash; but the 3 year old can run in the 100 meter dash also).
Parents are more than welcome to join the children if they need “encouragement”.
